Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the website jaydabrandbuilders.com, or by engaging Jayda Brand Builders for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
About Us
Jayda Brand Builders is a creative agency based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, providing brand identity design, website creation, social media management, and print design services.
Our Services
We provide the following services to businesses and individuals:
- Brand identity and logo design
- Website design and development
- Social media management and content creation
- Print design and brand collateral
- Brand strategy and consulting
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
Project Agreements & Payment
All projects are subject to a separate project agreement or proposal that outlines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Work does not begin until a deposit has been received. The amount of the deposit will be specified in the project proposal.
Payment is due as outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment, intellectual property rights for all final deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the client. Jayda Brand Builders retains the right to display work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
All tools, processes, templates, and methodologies developed by Jayda Brand Builders remain our intellectual property.
Revisions & Approvals
The number of revisions included in each project is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate. Client approval of designs or deliverables at each stage constitutes acceptance, and changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate briefs, content, and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensuring they have the legal right to use any materials provided to us
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Making payments on time as per the project agreement
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver your project (e.g., printing partners). We expect clients to treat any proprietary information, processes, or pricing shared by Jayda Brand Builders as confidential.
Limitation of Liability
Jayda Brand Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.
Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impair its availability. Unauthorised use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
